Who we are

Link Building Firm is a digital PR and authority-building agency for brands that want to be found, trusted and cited. We work with SaaS and technology companies, e-commerce brands, professional-services firms and established businesses across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Our work sits where three things meet: Digital PR, editorial link building and AI search visibility. Each strengthens the others. A story placed in a trusted publication builds awareness, earns a link, and becomes one more reliable source for search engines and AI tools to draw on.

What we believe

  • Earn it, don't buy it. Coverage and links that an editor chose to publish last longer and carry more trust than any that were bought.
  • Relevance beats volume. One placement your buyers actually read is worth more than dozens they never see.
  • Honesty is a service. We tell you when a story isn't ready, when a tactic is risky, and when authority isn't your biggest problem.
  • Reports should be readable. You see every placement, link and mention, including what didn't work.
  • Long-term thinking. Authority compounds, so we plan in quarters and years rather than weeks.

How we work with clients

Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you always know where you are.

  1. Discover. We audit your brand, competitors and link profile. See authority SEO for what the audit covers.
  2. Strategize. We agree goals and build a plan across PR, media, content and authority.
  3. Execute. We create assets worth citing with research and content, then pitch journalists and publishers through media outreach.
  4. Measure. You get a monthly report covering coverage, referring domains, mentions, search visibility and AI visibility.

What we won't do

Some agencies sell links by the package. We don't. We do not buy links from networks, use private blog networks, promise rankings or a fixed number of links, or guarantee placement in AI answers. If a tactic could put your site at risk, we will say so and recommend a safer route.

The team behind the work

Our team brings together PR specialists who know how newsrooms operate, SEO strategists who understand how search engines evaluate trust, editors who write to publication standards, and analysts who track results. Each client has a named lead who reads your report before you do.

We keep teams small and senior on purpose. The person who plans your campaign is involved in the pitching, and the people who pitch understand the strategy.

Markets and industries

We focus on English-language markets where trusted publications shape buying decisions. Our clients range from early-stage startups to established businesses, and span twelve industries, from SaaS and e-commerce to healthcare, finance and legal. You can see how the work looks in practice in our case studies.

Working with us

The best way to start is a strategy review. Tell us what you are trying to grow and we will outline the authority, media and AI-search opportunities we see, with no obligation and no spam. Get in touch and we will reply within one business day.

Why we exist

Most brands don't lack good ideas. They lack credible places to be seen. Traditional link building often fixed that with shortcuts, and search engines, editors and now AI systems have learned to look past them. We started Link Building Firm to do the harder, more durable version of the work: earn attention the way reputable brands always have, with real stories, real expertise and real relationships.

The result is an approach that treats search, media and AI discovery as one system. It also means we say no more often than most agencies, and we would rather turn down a project than sell one that won't work.

How we choose clients

We work best with companies that have something real to share: a product that solves a problem, data that shows something new, or people whose expertise is worth a journalist's time. We look for three things before we start:

  • A clear story or point of view, or the willingness to develop one with us.
  • A website that is ready to convert the attention it earns.
  • Realistic expectations about timelines and what earned media can and cannot promise.

If we think another step should come first, such as improving your site or building original content, we will tell you and help you plan it.

Our standards for publications

Before we pitch a publication, we check its audience, editorial standards, topical relevance and link profile. We look for sites with real readers and real editors, and we avoid anything that looks like a network built to sell links. This is the same discipline behind our link building and guest posting work, and it is why our recommendations sometimes differ from what a metric-driven tool would suggest.

How we measure success

We agree goals with you before we begin and report against them every month: placements earned, referring domains, brand mentions, referral traffic, search visibility and how your brand appears in AI answers. We show the results that didn't meet expectations too, because that is how the next campaign gets better. You can see the format in our case studies.
